Greenlake
Soon after the foundation of Newhope, many saw how the town was not in the perfect spot and expeditions to find a new place to start a settlement were organized. The forest in the northern valley was the only suitable place, so many settlers started building there, but then the Firbolgs came and a war ensued. At the end of the short-lived conflict, all hope for a new settlement was lost. But envoys from Besh Roga came: they started dealing with the Firbolgs and found an agreement: they could found a town north of the forest, in the middle of the valley and near a lake. It seemed like the perfect occasion, but two issues arose: first of all, the deal was too good, and even the envoys realized that; then, of course other cities from the main continent wanted a share of the gains, and tried to enter in the agreement. In the end, only the druids from Kalerya managed to strike a deal, since they had much in common with the Firbolgs. As for the first issue, it took longer than expected to build the town since extraction of resources was carefully controlled by the Firbolgs, as expected.
But in the end, Greenlake was founded and it soon became a masterpiece of ingenuity and hard work, a dream come true as Besh Roga predicted.
Nonetheless, aside from an initial population selected from the main continent, not many pathfinders like the idea of living in Greenlake and prefer to stay in Newhope, where laws are less strict and life itself is less controlled.
Demographics
Greenlake counts a mixed population just like Newhope, and lacks dragonborns, as usual.
Government
A Mayor runs the city, together with a staff of public officials. The Mayor is elected once every three years. The current one is a dwarf from Besh Roga, stern but kind.
Defences
The original layout of the city didn't contemplate any walls, but it soon became obvious that it was better for everyone, so a wooden palisade was built around the city. Aside from it, however, the city has just a handful of guards to fend off enemy attacks, and usually they are more than enough.
Industry & Trade
The city has vast cultivated fields and relies on them and on fishing to survive, adopting the knowledge from Besh Roga to remain independent from Newhope and the continent. Nonetheless, many trade wagons travel between the two pathfinders' cities.
Infrastructure
Unlike Newhope, Greenlake was thoroughly planned before even reaching the site of foundation. It has an uniformed style of architecture and displays many wonders like the University or the Fishermen's District, built on the lake with wood planks and floating buildings.
However, due to the agreement with the Firbolgs, the city has a lot of trees and green areas, and even an artificial lake.
Guilds and Factions
As strictly stated by Greenlake's laws, no guilds can exist within the wooden walls of the city, men can gather and share knowledge or anything else but officially no organisation can be founded.
Still, the very map of Greenlake shows divisions: the District of Experiments hosts mostly scholars while the District of Handicraft hosts mainly artisans and the Fishermen's District... Well, no need to go on.
Architecture
The original project featured massive use of wood. When it became apparent that it would have been impossible to use so much wood due to the constant threat of monsters and the watchful eye of Firbolgs, trips to the nearby mountains were organized and in the end the city appears even more majestic than in the original plan.
Geography
The terrain around the city is plain, inside the city walls a small hill lies in the southern half. Greenlake borders on the lake on the east.
Natural Resources
The nearby mountains provide a good amount of metals and stone, resources that the Firbolgs consider in excess and freely available. However, wood from the forest, as well as game, are rigidly controlled by the Firbolgs and so the only other resources that Greenlake inhabitants can freely exploit come from the lake itself.

Thank you! I'm just sad that I could not find a better picture, maybe with a sight on the lake... If I'll create a map I'll surely post it here :)
That would be awesome - keep up the great work
