Asteria

A plane between planes, it occupys the space between all of the other planes of existance.
This plane can therefore be accessed directly from any plane, and can be traversed using the mind. However, this is recommended only for elite magic users, as the vast size of the plane can allow one to get lost quickly and never be recovered.
This plane is the only transitive plane to have inhabitants, as many an unknown creature has been seen traversing through this plane
