Peshcheryaminsk

Peshcheryaminsk, the Bulwark of the West, is the primary fortified border of the Kingdom of Darklight. The city is centered on an impressive citadel with high stone walls and multiple ditches and palisades. On the inner side of the citadels lies the city proper, the outer side is primarily host to military encampment and defensive structures. Peshcheryaminsk, simply called Yaminsk by the locals, is a large town with a decently sized population far beyond the military presence in the area, the city is a safe haven in miles of wilderness and its growth as a community is stable. Around the city lie farms and smaller villages which provide goods to the city itself. Peshcheryaminsk is only one of multiple fortifications that guard the western border of the Kingdom of Darklight.
