Chairwoman

Chairwoman or rarely chairman or chairperson is the honorific awarded to those who are elected into the highest office of leadership within one of the Great Unions of Styx.

The chairwomen of Styx represent their respective Great Unions at all political events, speak in parliament debates and have considerable power over the everyday politics of the Stygian Republic, being allowed to decree laws.

The chairs of the Unions are elected at every general election along with the members of parliament representing each union.
