Old Church of Saint Evangyl

The Old Church of Saint Evangyl is a historic church located in the district of Evengrad.
Its single tower is seen for many miles and it is the primary landmark of the historic village center of Evengrad.
The church is dedicated to Saint Evangyl and houses her main relics, primarily one of the saint's ribs, a mummified thumb and part of her lower jaw.
The church was built in the early Second Age back when Evengrad was merely a tiny hamlet outside of Lakesore and at that time the church with its extensive catacombs also served as a shelter for the villagers during the frequent raids of the Tribes of the Forest.
