The God Empress, also known as the Tsarina Bogovna of Styx was the last ruling monarch of the Empire of Styx before the Great Revolution.

She was a member of the Bezsvetowna dynasty that had ruled the area for six millenia.

The full name and title of the last divine empress was "Irina Ekaterina Estaralynn Bezsvetowna the Third, God Empress of the Empire of Styx, Chosen of Serkatha, Divine Ruler, Manifestation of Her Will".

The God Empress of Styx owned many legendary artifacts, two of them were the Fang of the Spider Mother and the Throne of Styx which was originally constructed by the Makathrav noble family.
