Collected House

"Collected House" is what its called when both of the Two Houses of the Temple Parliament meet together.
A Collected House is called for by the Chief Electoral Commissars via vote and in the Collected House each seat of the Major House has 2 votes while each seat of the Minor House has only 1 vote.
