Bullsnapper

Bullsnapper is a vicious species of snapping turtle that is found in brackish water of Hwells Minnet and Tockotch, and along the shores of the Doldrum Bay between Moethe Havn and Sogn Hwell. Bullsnappers are known for their hard shell, quick movements, aggressive nature, jaw strength, and their jet of acid they spray from their throats. Some have been reported having multiple eyes and ridges with yellow tips.  Bullsnapper soup is a delicacy but very rare since the critters are so hard to hunt and even harder to cook.  Many times, items labeled as bullsnapper soup are really of some different base, or the label or comment is meant in jest.
