Headmaster

The sole leader and founder of the Bards College in Respite, this elderly half-elf tries to always maintain a cheerful disposition. He can often be found wandering the halls of the college or the streets of the Southern Quarter, where he scouts for new recruits. As such, many would-be bards tend to crowd the streets nearby, busking for a living as they attempt to grab the headmaster's attention.
In private, the headmaster -- whose full name is Rhelod Tiavelion -- keeps largely to himself, and oddly beautiful music can often be heard coming from his room late into the night. Some say they can see light like white candles from the high window of his bedroom at the college.
