Eye Tyrant
A powerful and deadly Aberration, the Eye Tyrant is a supernaturally intelligent creature with latent psionic power so strong it is capable of warping reality.
There is only one known Eye Tyrant in existence, known as Qulocto Mengraven, who resides beneath Huppledruff's Arcane University. Why the creature is there is unknown, and it would seem as though it has no intentions of ever leaving. Any who have attempted to approach it have either ended up dead, or under a nigh impossible to break Charming Magic.
Basic Information
Anatomy
The Eye Tyrant is a large floating orb covered in purple scales with a yellow underbelly.
It has a large singular eye in the center of its body, and ten tentacle-like eye stalks that protrude from the top of the orb. The central eye projects a cone of anti-magic, preventing any spells from being cast or taking effect while within its gaze. Each of the ten eye stalks is capable of casting a specific spell, in the form of a beam, that are able to hit with unerring accuracy. Unfortunately, it is currently unknown what these spells are, only that at least one of them is deadly.
Its mouth is filled with dozens of needle-like teeth, and the Eye Tyrant's jaw is able to fold open, creating a vicious maw capable of delivering a powerful bite.
Behaviour
The Eye Tyrant is just that, a tyrant. It is narcissistic, egotistical, and incredibly intelligent.
The Eye Tyrant is very hesitant to leave its lair, preferring to send minions out to perform any action from the most menial to complex. They will only willingly leave their lair if staying would place them in mortal peril.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities
The Eye Tyrant is capable of using its multiple eyes to keep a constant vigil around itself, making it almost impossible to ambush or sneak up on.
