Special Ability: Fist Full of Concrete.
Turns living things that make eye contact with him into stone. He can then manipulate that stone by either directly controlling it to attack, or breaking it apart so that it can surround his body like armor.

Personal history

Born in St. Josephs Hospital in Auburn, Massachusetts. His father named him Celebrant (with a hard "c") after a name he read in The Lord of the Rings. In his later years he would change his name to Caleb as he was bullied for his weird name in school. As a means of fighting back against his bullies he began taking boxing lessons and supplemented these in his later life with other martial arts. He graduated from high school in the year 1973, and from there went on to train as a national guard and served for ten years, leaving with an honorable discharge in the year 1983. From there, he traveled the country and befriended a movie star by the name of Chuck Noris while working as a stunt double for another actor. Chuck took him on as a student and trained him in his own signature brand of martial arts, "Chuck-kwan-do." After Caleb finished his training the two remained good friends and have on occasion competed together in tournaments. In the year 1992, Caleb was hit with a stroke out of the blue and died, but returned several hours later. He trained with his ability, but soon realized it would be too dangerous to use in daily situations. In the year 1994, he opened up a detective agency by the name of Morning Stars P.I., and he used it to give other returned a chance to better their lives.

Education

Studied at a military academy after graduating from high school. Trained with world class fighters like Chuck Noris and Bruce Lee. After returning went to college to major in business and minor in psychology so that he could open up his P.I. firm.

Employment

Currently works as the head of the Morning Stars P.I. firm in Regency, New York.
