Knavery and Vice

NOT for the faint of heart! Knavery and Vice, also known as the K/V Club was one of the most sordid tales of New Straum's past. Back in the 1920's, the K/V Club was known for illegal potions, booze, prostitution, gambling and for being the one place in town where you could be sure to see someone famous, or notorious. After the Faeland riots of 1931, the City Watch raided Knavery and Vice into oblivion. It's no fun being naughty if you get caught all the time!

The old, art deco Bonaventure Building that housed the club has been abandoned for more than half a century. By all accounts, New Straum's been able to sweep it's youthful indiscretions under the rug. But, folks living nearby still send out regular noise complaints to the City Watch, and rumor has it that people are still receiving black invitations with red wax seals..
