Wood Gasification

Wood Gasification converts carbon rich fuels such as lumber or charcoal and converts it into a flammable gas. Most road vehicles on Gaia use a wood gasifier to convert solid fuel into a gas to fuel a combustion engine. Larger gasification plants also produce carbon monoxide and hydrogen gas on an industrial scale. This gas can be shipped off to be used for whatever need without needing to convert wood on site
