The Giants and Ordning

Recently, all manner of Giants have seemingly risen up and started to attack villages and towns all over the North and the Sword Coast. Not many seem to understand why, they simply understand that if it does not change soon, nobody is safe.
Those who have done more research into the Giants and their belief system, and those lucky enough to speak with the more cordial ones, have discovered they have a God called the All-Father. This God supposedly broke the Ordning, a hierarchy of sorts that the Giants have followed for the longest time. After this was broken by their God, all the different types of Giants are now fighting to clamber their way to the top and create a new sort of hierarchy. Standing in their way are each other and mainly, the Storm Giants. The Storm Giants have stood at the top of the Ordning as long as any can remember and have always been regarded as the most powerful. But with the Ordning no longer protecting their spot at the top, many are gathering powerful artifacts to take that spot for themselves. Who shall reign victorious and what shall this new hierarchy be... if there's even going to be anything left to build a hierarchy?
