Constantine of House Phoenix is coroneted Galactic Emperor on Polympus.

During the final years of the GCW, house Scorpio-Imperii was gaining the upper-hand in the fighting over the remains of the Galactic Empire against house Harkon-Imperii, each having out lasted the collapse of the other Imperii houses. As the Scorpio troops stormed the Harkon Citadel, Legatus Legio-Scorpii (General of Scorpio) Constantine of the minor house Phoenix, organized the death of the heir-claimant and heir-apparent of house Scorpio. with his veteran legions returning to Polympus after the destruction of House Harkon, he assumed complete control of the planet and was coroneted Emperor. small bands of ultra-loyal Scorpio supporters resisted the Rule of Constantine I, though they were quickly sought out and killed.   After his Coronation, and with the last two Imperii houses dead, the Galatic Civil War was over. Emperor Constantine I consolidated his power and started the rebuilding of an empire around a few core worlds.
