The Halfling owner of Pershell's Tavern in Drakeel.
It is said that Pershell was granted a tavern as a reward for identifying a community need and showing great initiative in addressing it, but Pershell knows this is a misdirection. While not false, the tavern was an attempt to appease him after Kiin set fire to some of his mugs with some Fire in the Hole, and Kiede discharged a gun inside his home.
He has been promised that The Adventurers and Kundal will not enter his home again. Whether this applies to his tavern is unclear.
