Leukodaemon

A type of Fiend (specifically a demon) which tries to disease its enemies. If it diseases someone, it's able to talk to them in their sleep. It is weak against Holy damage.
Leukodaemons attack by biting or exhaling clouds of black flies, both of which deal damage and can carry disease. The flies in particular can carry demonic pestilence.
