Owlin

Owlike humanoids who have superior darkvision. The owlins are serene quiet people who share interest in knowledge and experimentation of their limits.
Some are fluffy and slow while others are large and fast. The owlin mostly found outside the capitols for more freedom. They would only ever return to civilization for a goal in mind.
