Elaine is a young half-elf woman that left the safety of the capitols to help the people of the frontiers during this time of terror and uncertainty.
While she may not have completed her academic studies, she more than made up for it with years of field practice. She is overly trusting of her patients and blindly trusts those of the Path of Light.
