The capital of the Systems Alliance is a space station almost as old as the Systems Alliance itself. Built at first to house the Systems Alliance Commission, housing a mere 10.000 personnel, Originator System has been expanded several times since then, with the largest expansions in size happening in 58 and 258 SSD. The increasing trade and military integration between the Vesk Imperium and the Systems Alliance made for plans to add an embassy to Originator Station. Soon, the plans ballooned, as other minor powers and even mega-corporations also desired embassies. The second large expansion came at the height of the Gor Wars, when Systems Alliance leadership decided that a dedicated military presence and even two dry docks were needed in case of a Gor surprise attack.
Now, Originator Station is both the heart of Systems Alliance government and trade, with every company of any worth having a presence on the station. With 650.000 more or less permanent inhabitants, Originator Station is a bustling metropolis, hanging in neutral space.
The core of the station is the Systems Alliance Parliamentary Hall, the oldest and most grandiose section. On the next ring is found the largest megacorps and embassies of minor powers with diplomatic contact with the Systems Alliance. A dedicated section on the outer ring is given to the Systems Alliance admiralty, as well as their military presence. A market takes up a fourth of the outer ring, with docking bays taking up another quarter. The last of the station is mostly habitation, both on the outer ring and on several smaller sections bolted onto the rings.
Station Security is overseen by Commodore Xandrix Taketha, a Shirren from Etikas IV.
