The station passes through a so-called 'dark zone', an area of space sparse enough that no starlight is visible from within it. Superstitions about these areas are rampant, and tensions run high. Meanwhile, Sergeant Vox's personnel file is mysteriously leaked into public access, revealing to the general population of the station that she is a clone. Discussions and arguments start, spurred on by the current environment, over whether this poses a security risk or not.
