EPISODE: Collateral Outrage - 2/6

The station receives a cohort of Mavarian refugees, many of them injured from a chemical weapon attack, and it pisses Encardia and Idran off, especially when a Eursun is unable to save the life of a young mother, leaving her toddler orphaned. There is little the crew of S7 can do, but Idran ends up adopting the little girl and the refugees are granted asylum on an Outreach colony.
