After her time in the dungeons, she is quite slender, ribs starkly visible with a poor general appearance. She has scars on her wrists from being restrained and other various scars from her punishments. though they are mostly on her backside or lower body to retain her value is a potential marriage prospect.

Personal history
Princess Calliope of Belanna had been trained from birth to rule. Queen Orianne had taught her only child discourse, diplomacy, resource management and, of course, combat. Her father taught her his love of literature and all things cerebral. Unfortunately, he passed away when she was sixteen from an unknown illness. the origin of which was unknown, though looked suspiciously like poisoning.
Queen Orianne remarried soon after Calliope's father to a neighboring land's Lord for reasons unknown to Calli. She always assumed her mother needed and wanted no one, but that was apparently not true. Her stepfather had clearly bewitched her mother somehow, and she did not understand the appeal. Calli despised both her stepfather and stepbrother the moment they stepped foot in the castle. Although Calli was skilled at hiding her feelings, she never bothered to hide her derision from her stepfather or stepbrother.
The sudden death of her mother was devastating to Calliope. Without her mother, she was truly alone in the world. As skilled as she was with a blade (and a bow), she could not stop her stepfather and stepbrother from imprisoning her in her own dungeon. Her mother’s advisors and friends, who had known Calliope as a child, swore their allegiance to the newly crowned King.
Once polished and beautiful, Calliope’s body and mind deteriorated as she was subjected to some torture, malnourishment, and other assaults. Still, it was never enough to truly break her. Five years did not completely put out her fire, though she was very much dimmed by the trauma and the devastation of her mother, her land and herself.
Now, without any prospects or choices, she was summoned to Concordia. She was polished like a gem as best as her ladies could manage, though nothing could hide her emaciation or the rings on her wrists from being chained. To save Belanna, the land that forsake her, she would do anything – even if that meant giving herself to another.
