Celestine Lachapelle is a former soldier of the Stellar Vanguard Group who became suspected for various crimes on Nova Base due to her abilities granted by Bashet-Stratis Syndrome.

Life

Little is known of Celestine's early life. As a teenager, she was taken in by the Ecliptic Order, at which point she was recruited by the SVG for her psionic abilities.
Celestine's condition and habit of peeking into people’s minds made her a total outcast. The sole exception was her uneasy friendship with Tak, who offered her support but angered Celestine because of her and Torsten's violent methods.
