Pedrir Rechikt

Pedrir was a human who served as Head Councillor of The Enclave of the North from 1891 until 1904 when he was assassinated. He is commonly blamed for the deterioration of relations between the Enclave Nations and the decline of political power and relevancy that the Enclave saw in this time. During his time as Head Councillor, the Dragonborn of Sol Dracona left the The Enclave of the North and became a much more reclusive nation.
