Morda Shang
Tiefling Bard
A tiefling musical bard.
Morda Shang is an vibrant yet often obnoxious individual who has only two needs: music and alcohol. For the past 7 years he has been wandering the island of Tezca with his companion and bodyguard Toth seeking, fortune, liquor and adventure. He speaks of his homeland with great fondness and is proud of his heritage. However, he claims he is unable to ever return though he would like to. He refuses to disclose where he was born. Reasons for this are unclear although some of his songs mention an "unforgivable past" and a "shattered mind, heart and soul". He is often nervous around strangers, particularly Elves and occasionally states that people are looking for Toth and himself.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
At one point it's easy to see that Morda was in very good physical condition however, some muscular atrophy in his chest has occurred. Generally, Morda is quite hardy but the years of alcohol and hedonistic practices do catch up with him in times of intense physical activity.
Body Features
Deep scars across his back, arms and chest.
Facial Features
Strong jawline, high cheekbones, dashing smile - his teeth look whiter and more perfect than is to be expected. Underneath the the demonic Tiefling exterior his features are almost Elven.
Scars across his left eye and cheek. Nose has been broken several times.
Two long, thin, pointy horns on his forehead.

A battered but functional mahogany Vihuela.
An immaculate silver rapier with a chestnut hilt.
A white linen robe with a golden floral imprint.
Deep blue, silken knickerbockers with brown leather belt. Various strange trinkets hang from this belt.
Sturdy, well-made, practical leather boots.
Mental characteristics
Personal history
Not much is known. He and Toth have a special relationship, it seems. They have been traveling together for about 7 years. He has occasionally mentioned a deep sadness inside of him. Does not share details about his past.
Education
Morda claims to be highly educated however, he also does not understand the difference between 100% and the number 100 and claims that the plural of fish is school.
Mental Trauma
Seems disturbed by the presence of strangers, particularly Elves and Humans.
Will often disguise himself unnecessarily.
Likes being on stage but dislikes being in large crowds.
Intellectual Characteristics
Morda Shang is widely regarded as a charismatic individual however a two minute conversation with him will reveal that most of his charisma stems from his good looks, his bardic abilities and the mystical allure which surrounds Tieflings. Not his intelligence or wit.
