Rebreather Mishaps and the Fall of the Empire

General Summary

After an arduous battle against the Empire, you narrowly emerged victorious as you limped out of the mine with the miner in tow. The damage done to the ocean ridge resulted in the collapse of the mine. With water flooding in and tunnels collapsing around you, you made for the exit. The water began to completely flood the tunnels and you donned your rebreathers. With the first breath taken through the rebreather, you knew that they were not working properly. They had been sabotaged either at the facility or before being delivered. The ride back was quiet. After returning to the resistance facility, you met with Admiral Haya to discuss the rebreathers and receive payment. He claimed he had nothing to do with the sabotage and deflected the blame to another member of the New Dac Council - Shant Hambaak. Admiral Haya then stormed off to fully investigate the sabotage. After receiving payment, you left the water world and remained in the atmosphere until you decided on the next destination. 
Aboard the ship, Fergust received medical attention due to the severe injuries sustained from Inquisitor Valen. Anri had, briefly, gone on the HoloNet and learned of the passing of the Emperor - the assailant was still at large. She then set a course for Kessel to see if Kalla could find his children. Jaro gave Dyna her armor and began training the girl with the help of Nuvo. Nuvo ran her through some endurance training and Jaro focused on her senses. D0-K, after almost being destroyed in the mine, received another series of numbers from his damaged memory banks. Kalla dedicated his day to researching Kessel and found out that the planet that acts as a barrier to the opening in the maelstrom that leads to Kessel was Oba Diah, the home planet of the Pyke Syndicate. After charting the course, Anri asked Rhena for help with meditation and she happily agreed her usual Rhena way. She was coy and playful but ended up being very serious about teaching Anri. She instructed her about finding her calm or a memory of something that helps her achieve that calm in order to control Eduardo (her new lightsaber) and the overwhelming anger that comes with using the blade.
On the second day of travel, Dyna reluctantly asked about when D0-K was going to give her the cybernetic eyes and Jaro stated that he would ask D0-K to do it on the next day. She lit up at the thought but tried to contain her excitement. Another long day of training ensued and cemented her ability to absorb knowledge like a sponge. D0-K did exactly as he said he would - he harvested the body of the Dark Trooper and gained quite a bit of biotech materials. Kalla's day consisted of more research and it proved to be fruitful. Kalla learned that there was only one Imperial mining operation that utilized slave labor so that they could maintain appearances from investors. This significantly narrowed the search. He also learned that the Empire was beginning to splinter. Sub-factions were rising around the galaxy. The first to claim territory was the Zsinj Empire. 
Nuvo had attempted to use his crystal to see try and commune with Ingrid but he was met with nothing but silence. Anri once again tried to commune with her crystal and to see why it was reacting to her at all. However, she found out that it was reaching out to her sister and that Anri was a conduit for that connection. Fergust spent most of his day assisting others with attempted meditation or explaining problems with their crystals. A few botched attempts at making tea resulted in a third being far superior. However, his injuries had him sitting in the common room unable to get up on his own. He sat there for a while before he was helped up. Jaro went to Nuvo to ask about the crystal and why it had dimmed. The best interpretation Fergust could give was that the crystal itself was damaged or the being that the force bond was created with was in danger but it wasn't clear. D0-K spent the second day dismantling the droid and then tending to the wounded as needed. You are now three days out from Kessel.
