Ripped -Clothing Condition-

Clothing that has taken damage in excess of three-quarters its total hit points is Ripped. The ripped condition reduces the bonuses granted to all Defenses and Vitals, rounding down, by three-quarters; and reduces all other bonuses by half. Ripped clothing, regardless of type, is worth 75% of its normal value. Clothing loses the ripped condition if it regains at least three-quarters of its original hit points or higher. Generally speaking, this requires a DC 30 Sleight of Hand check and 2 hours of work to be completely repaired, the time is reduced by 10 minutes for each multiple of two the check exceeds. Most sewist charge one-fourth of the item’s total cost to repair such damage.
