You Encountered Bly at the ruins on the island on your way to the jedi temple. Bly introduced himself as a famous archeologist and claims he is responsible for the Museum of Spintir's success as he has contributed the majority of the artifacts. He further claimed he was a legend in the archeology community and is well known throughout the sector. Hilki then placed a restraining bolt on him knocking him unconscious. You then stole his speeder and crashed it on the shore.
After carrying Bly with you Hilki reactivated him where he was attacked by icewolves. After the ordeal he accompanied you into the ruins where you faced Malefax together. Bly survived the encounter with only a blaster bolt to his rear.
Bly has remained with Hethan Romund at the ruins as you search for the remaining Holocrons.
