Rarity

Item scarcity and quality is measured through rarity, all items have a rairty value between 0 to 10. The higher the number the more rare the object.
0-1 requires no check, 2-3 is one difficulty, 4-5 two difficulty, 6-7 three difficulty, 8-9 four difficulty, 10 requires a pass on 5 difficulty!
