Continually grumpy and always sleepy Petmos seems to care little for what goes on outside his shop, Vehicular bros.
Petmos is clearly involved in some criminal activity. He agreed to aid Natah by fabricating her a ship license.
He also stated he had some skill with masking ship transponder codes with others. He may be useful.
