Golden Jangler

A Mysterious Golden Jangler found within the Dawn Temple. Said to be the instrument used by a Great Jedi of Legend.
Upon using the Jangler you realized it's sound is awful, Just plain stupid sounding however something else happened. Time reversed for 30 seconds.
You suspect it only had an affect on those in short range.
