Fraxus

The only major settlement on Stenos that is welcome to outsiders.  Fraxus has become a hot spot for traders and travelers to meet and exchange goods.  The town does not have the infrastructure or size of a city but provides safety for it's inhabitants. 
A large population of Bith founded the settlement and work on it's technology constantly tying to improve living conditions.  However recently after the earthquakes the Stenax have left their skytop cities and have begun to attack the settlement.  The Bith being peaceful would have been wiped out if not for off world mercenaries and traders who banded together. 
The town has a local Militia that has been working to fight off the Stenax whenever they attack but is unsure how long they can keep their community on Stenos.
