Cybot Galactica Astromech Factory

Cybot Glacatica is one of the largest droid suppliers in the Galaxy, the other being Industrial automation.  N'dian once held several industrial jobs all focused around the mining business and Cybot Galactica siezed the opportunity to build a droid factory on N'dian to assist with mining operations. 
Many Miners became concerned the droids would replace them, to ease tensions Cybot's factory shifted most of it's droid creations to knockoff astromech droids. These droids were not nearly as popular or effective as Industrial Automation's astromech droids but Cybot kept the facility running either out of neglect or carelessness.
Once the Empire shut down mining operations on N'dial this out of the way Cybot Galactica Factory became the sole source of income for the people on N'dian.  These miners now out of work rely on whatever jobs they can find and Cybot Galactica has offered them a stable and steady job.  Unfortunately it seems these jobs may not be ideal to many workers. 
Rumors of bad working conditions have reached Tandarkin station and some workers have even stated they may consider banding together to enforce quality of life changes.  Others resist this idea as they're worried Cybot may automate the facility or even shut it down leaving the workers there jobless.
Since the factory is relatively unknown to most many suspect Cybot Galactica has simply forgotten it exists.
