Cliff Ragg

A local shopkeep running a refueling station outside of Spintir. He is heavily involved with the H.H.H.C. and is the community organizer in the area.  He seems nice enough but can sometimes be pushed to deadly ends to get a point across.
You found him attaching a weak grade explosive to a local poacher ship and gained his support upon attacking the mercanry poachers.  He gave you 1000 credits for your help and has said he will help relocate the animals you freed from the Movers to their home.
