After being exposed as force sensitives by an imperial trooper, Natah was able to fake being an Imperial Inquisitor earning you a meeting with the chief of the ISB in Reles, Heder Brant.
Being an ambitious Imperial stuck in what he felt was a dead end job in the middle of nowhere Heder was seeking an opportunity to make a play for power. Heder also stated he didn't like the way the Empire was handling the management of the city and wanted to make the Imperial Governor Haal and Spintir security appear incompetent so he may steal their jobs. He also wanted names to be planted on the governors computer to embarrass her further, you instead used your own list containing contacts from the underground organization "the Movers".
Natah and Kaveri agreed to aid him after intimidating him to the point where he soiled himself. After your escape from Reles it appears the plan has gone well for Heder.
Now the new Imperial Governor of the city of Reles Heder has repealed many of Haal's changes and has created a more balanced social status. In fact one can say Heder is a strong proponent of the status quo and has worked to make every citizen of Reles have equal share and equal opportunity. This has created political enemies for Heder but they all seem to soon dissapear.
It is said Heder has his own private assassin, whispers state the recently arrived Inquisitor Natah has been granting the Governor favors but none dare speak these theories in the open.
