Discontent has begun to be sown across the galaxy, and a fledgling effort to combat the Empire has started in earnest. These small cells are mostly regarded as terrorists, gangs, or any other ilk by the general populace of the core worlds and the mid rim, who so far have prospered under the boot of the Empire. In the outer rim, they're disappear into the fold of an already seedy populace. Their goals and their missions are clandestine, thier tactics are akin to guerrilla warfare. They are not well armed, and are constantly on the move to avoid the Imperial agents that hunt for them.
