Broken In
Mandalorians literally live in their fabled battle armor. Through constant use, abuse, and customization they are able to fit their armor almost perfectly to the contours of their bodies and the length of their limbs (be it through trimming edges, punching new eyelets in straps, or just receiving severe beatings on a regular basis).
At first, third, and fifth level the Mandalorian Commando’s Armor Check Penalty with a particular suit of armor lowers by 1. These reductions are cumulative. Also, the speed penalty for the armor is reduced by one step (i.e., the Commando’s speed would 10m instead of 8m). If this brings her/him back to her/his species’ base speed the Commando may use the Tumble Skill while wearing the armor.   Note: If the Mandalorian Commando’s armor is ever lost, destroyed, or simply discarded for a better suit, he/she has to use the new armor for six months before it is considered ‘Broken In’. A character can only have one set of ‘Broken In’ armor at a time.
Armor Weapon Focus
Mandalorians are notorious for modifying their armor to incorporate miniature weapons such as flamethrowers, laser gauntlets, rocket launchers and the like. Due to constant training and the ‘gesture and shoot’ nature of these weapons the Mandalorian Commando gains the Weapon Focus at Fourth level for all weapons built into their armor.
Flyby-Attack
Mandalorians are also well known for their use of rockets packs to both quickly engage and tactically retreat from an enemy. Starting at second level, the Mandalorian Commando gains the effects of the Fly-By-Attack (RCRB pg. 332) when using a rocket pack in combat.
Second Skin
Eventually, a Mandalorian Commando gains such an intimate knowledge of their armor that they wear it like a second skin. Through constant use they are able to judge just how far they can make the armor flex, and bend, and exactly how much it will protect them in any given situation. This allows the Commando to turn what would have been a killing blow into a glancing blow. At fifth level the Mandalorian Commando may apply half the Damage Reduction of her armor (rounded down) to his/her Vitality Points.   Note: If the Mandalorian Commando’s armor is ever lost, destroyed, or simply discarded for a better suit, he/she has to use the new armor for six months before it is considered ‘Second Skin’. A character can only designate a single suit of armor as a “Second Skin’ at a time.
Hero’s Death
At 6th level the Mandalorian Commando is able to overcome the limitations of the flesh and continue fighting even as his/her body is dying. If a Mandalorian Commando takes wound damage in combat, he/she may ignore the normal penalties (-2 to Strength and Dex) and remains conscious and combat ready until the character reaches –10 wounds. Upon reaching this threshold the character simply dies, their body can withstand no more.
Warriors Aspec
At 8th level the Mandalorian Commando gains experience in combat and defeats enemies, he/she gains an insight into the thought processes of sentient beings. This understanding of the nature of thinking beings gives him/her a +2 Insight bonus when using the Intimidate and Sense Motive skills.
Fight with Abandon
At 9th level the Mandalorian Commando fights with no regard to his/her own safety and as thus is able to fight far more effectively than more timid opponents. As a result, a Mandalorian Commando gains a bonus to attacks (and damage with melee weapons) equal to his/her level in the Mandalorian Commando prestige class, but takes a penalty to defense equal to his/her level in the Mandalorian Commando prestige class. No abilities or feats which increase defense may be used in conjunction with this ability, this includes but is not limited to Dodge, Combat Expertise, Defensive Martial Arts, Light Saber Defense, and similar abilities. Nor may the Mandalorian Commando fight defensively or use total defense combat actions. (Abilities, which require a dodge opponent to be selected to use, such as Agile Riposte may be employed but the Mandalorian Commando does not gain the dodge defense bonus)
