Nassana Jorks

Governor of KowPye, operates out of the government district in KowPye. He is fairly bombastic (as bosses of his species tend to be), but also has a good brain for governing a multi-species township such as KowPye. However, he does feel somewhat hamstrung by this crime-ridden place and desperately wants to clean up both KowPye and Kowak in general, so that the palnet can join the New Republic. This is his guiding goal and he makes no secret of it, but cannot make much headway in actually bringing it to fruition.
Has a somewhat ineffectual squad of police, including Shaki Ten, that are all trying to keep some semblance of order in KowPye.
