Hokka previously ran with Abrax Fang - he and his fellow cronies referred to each other as the "Fang Gang". Following the death of Abrax (when he had rather stupidly threatened the lives of Shaki Ten and her family), Hokka and several others approached Telil Teken and asked to join his gang - they now operate out of The Barracks, working with Telil on various small scores around KowPye.
