In defiance, the remnants of the House forged a War Council—a collective of blood-bound lieutenants, militant technologists, and religious extremists who now function as a rogue state within collapsing borders.
This council operates as both a military tribunal and a strategic command, bent on exacting vengeance against the Klingon Empire, weakening the Federation, and seizing power through violence, terror, and opportunism. Their doctrine does not honor glory through battle, but rather dominion through suffering.
They revere lost or forbidden technologies—especially those shunned by Klingon tradition. In Heimdahl, Nyx, and the legends whispered of Swayze, they see the makings of a mythic adversary or forbidden prize. Their warriors call Heimdahl "The Ghost Ship of the Honorless Future."
