White Out

Ketracezen, or White out, is a narcotic substance based on Ketracel White. It is a recent addition to the narcotic scene and sees heavy distribution by The Orion Syndicate. Ketracezan heightens perception and reactions time, removes inhibitions on strength and pain tolerance and acts as a euphoric stimulant. it is highly addictive. Dr. Donald Yates has become addicted after a single dose, has detoxed, but that addiction still lingers.
