The M.C.N.E.R.P also known as the McNerp is a medical plan that workers in Tri-City can be provided by their employer, assuming they comply.


Medical Care Non Extortion Rates Plan
Normally, the medical practitioners in Tri-City are allowed to extort people. But if the corporation you work for has a contract with the hospital to keep their workers alive, they will give you the exclusive non-extortion rates. This is called the McNerp.
