Konrad Nachtnebel (a.k.a. Pathetic child (Isia), Basement creep (Unnamed bar patron))
Jadwiga's twin brother. Was not expected by anyone, therefore he's treated like a mistake rather than an actual human. Has been heavily focusing on philantropy and helping people around the town as much as he can lately. Tooth rottingly sweet and fully honest with his intentions.
One day he will know what freedom is.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Is pretty underweight and suffers from epilepsy. Pretty weak physically and gets tired easily.
Facial Features
Downturned eyes, very gentle and caring. Long, slightly upturned nose. Whilst his facial features would be considered more feminine, he definetly sees no problem in that. Many freckles decorate his entire body.
Identifying Characteristics
He doesn't have his left eye anymore, after an accident involving Isia and a butterknife (It was an accident though, she would never go to such extremes. She later patched him up and even apologized plenty of times. She still oversees the healing and changes his bandages for him.)
Apparel & Accessories
Almost always dressed in some sort of a combination of dress pants, a shirt and a sweater of sorts. He recieved a lot of knit sweater affter his father and wears them with pride.

Sometimes has to use crutches when his body feels especially weak.

WIP
Isia believes that he is also holding some divine power within his body, mainly because they're related. That has unfortuunately led to more negative results for Konrad. His blood has been taken many times from him without his full consent, to be used in 'healing rituals'.
Gender Identity
His disconnect to gender is similar to that of his sister's but has a different basis. He believes his gender in insignificant to his role as God's servant and rarely, amost never, thinks about it.
Sexuality
Too afraid to begin a romantic relationship. Believes he would bee to shy to instigate anything. If anyone was to give him affection, he would instantly accept it.
Education
Middleschool level, but has aquired many practical skills throught his life. Knows how to fix your car but doesn't know the Pythagorean theorem.
Employment
Works part time as a receptionist for the hotel and does volunteer work around town like ex. fixing plumbing, helping the sick by bringing them medication and helping people with their gardens. He really hates stagnation so this is perfect for him.
Mental Trauma
Was neglected during childhood, albeit was never hungry or cold. Only recieved the most basic of parental care. Was often mocked, belittled and hit by his sister and his father never batted an eye. Konrad is not even sure if he knew about it. He has trouble expressing his emotions and very often takes them out on himself, either by screaming at a mirror or physically hurting himself.
Intellectual Characteristics
Pretty smart but nothing too grand. Of course, he has not reached his full potential and therefore none can be sure of what his intelect is actually like.

Dreamer from a young age, he always found comfort in disassociation and disconnecting his mind from reality. He definetly supports many existentialist ideas.

Dislikes talking about death, especially that of animals.

Motivation
His adoration for nature and humans is generally THE driving factor for his existence. He would have given up ages ago if he didn't live by the foot of a beautiful mountain and within a close proximity to densly wooded areas to explore.
Savvies & Ineptitudes
Our boy is a Jack of all trades, but unfortunately a master of none. That does not deter him and he much prefers it that way. He believes many skills is very practical and he needs not to become an expert in any given field.
Likes & Dislikes
Heavily dislikes doing anything food related (except eating, of course.). He dislikes the overwhelming smells of the kitchen. Additionally, he has quite a distain for reading. Konrad finds it boring and believes his own imagination suffices him enough (mainly because he just needs to be doing somethinng with his hands. Our boy would disintegrate if he found out about audiobooks.) His favorite thing in the whole world is snow. Whenever it snows, he is always ready, in his little duffle coat and crimson maple leaf themed scarf, to go on hour long walks. He also loves music. Collects vinyls and is a constant visitor of the music store in the city centre.

Beyond nice. Charitable young man who would sell his soul if a loved one asked him to do so.
Vices & Personality flaws
Really hard to communicate with if he doesn't know you (not including his job as a receptionist. It's quite different but i won't get into it right now--) . Will either shut down and not talk completly or babble nonsense trying to impress you. Extremly difficult to cooperate with. Does everything alone, and if he isn't able to do so, he just won't do it. Most likely addicted to self-harm.
Personality Quirks
Sometimes has ticks where he blinks very quickly and repetitively. Additionally, whenever he shivers, his whole body almost goes through an electric shock. He attributes both of these quirks to his epilepsy.
Hygiene
Clean, but sometimes, whenever working long hours he forgets to bathe and goes to bed a little stinky. But its okay, it happens to the best of us. The worst he's ever gotten was when he didn't bathe for a week because he was working on restoring a villa on the outskirts of the village. When he returned home Isia literally picked him up by the collar of his shirt and threw him in the bathtub. precious family moment....

Has a habit of covering his face with both palms whenever he thinks and is not sure of what to say.
Speech
Very unsure when speaking. Always corrects any mistake he makes. A lot of disfluencies, especially at beginning of sentences. Very flat tone of voice. I imagine him kind of sounding a bit nasaly? but it's not really prevolent and you can hear it when you really focus on it.

Before Konrad existed, i had an oc named Oliver. He was a part of the People Pleaser project. When i rebranded the story and started conceptualising the Nachtnebels, Konrad and Oliver seemed far too similar, so i removed Oliver and replaced him with our beloved Dziady refernce.
