V-Charge

V-Charge, also known as Volt Charge is a summon ability not learnable by humans, specific to the Spark Drake as summoned by the Tarzuse spell. V-Charge is similar to the Body Slam skill noted with the Flare Drake from Massife, with the difference being the elemental involvement of electricity being used with the physical slam to the target. Basically, Volt Charge generates a strong electric field around the drake before the attack is initiated. Once charged, the Spark Drake descends downward at top speed for a low-sweep passing body slam to the target, which deals blunt damage, but also uses the electric field around the drake's physical body to electrocute the person at the same time physical contact is made, dramatically boosting the effectiveness of this slam.   But there is more. When the Spark Drake uses Volt Charge, this electric field also powers the drake's magical abilities up to a high power, for a specific skill known as EM-Hell. It's rarely seen EM-Hell ability can only be executed when the Spark Drake invokes Volt Charge numerous times in a single duration of his time spent in the physical world. Therefore, Volt Charge is not only an attack ability, but also an incremental charging ability to its ultimate ability.
