Term: Viesiege

A political/military term defining a well-planned 24-hour national takeover or transformation of an entire continent, often exercised by means of changing, damaging, or removing physical and intangible infrastructure vital to the functionality of the country. After the 24 hours passes, the country is either damaged beyond readily repair, or is totally taken over by a new power structure. This term only applies when this occurs within a one-day period.
