The Leray Ageny is both a law enforcement organization as well as a crime devision. Most Leray agents perform their assigned duties as the police force of Sprawn Valley, ensuring there are no law breakers while sharing some of the town/city's developmental/sustainability burdens. The top ranked agents on the other hand are saved for official investigations into any strange occurrance or crime, especially when related to magic.
