With the secrets of lunar magic out to the select few, it seems that pure lunar magic is far more powerful than what anyone may have ever considered. And of course, anyone can technically use lunar magic from a powered lunar crystal, from any location even. But the reason it does not happen is because the safe usage of lunar magic requires ME levels of unattainable potential, double or triple the recorded maximum for ME levels. And usage of lunar magic without the proper ME levels will instantly kill the user, or slowly kill them with illnesses usually associated with cancer or severe genetic mutations.
