William Frankfort
A vampire from clan Ventrue and Harpy of the San Francisco Camarilla, 1995 - Present. An officer in Oliver Smith's artillery division during World War II, the two were embraced at around the same time in 1943. While Oliver decided to make his own way in the world of darkness William chose to stay within the Camarilla and gain influence through several real estate deals. For decades he tried to stay on good terms with Oliver and his coterie despite ideological differences, but their relationship became strained as he took on more responsbilities in the Camarilla in the 90's while the Oliver's coterie threw their lot in with the Anarchs.
