The Viceroy

A Ventrue vampire and former Prince of San Francisco, 1776 - 1995. He operated in the shadows of the Spanish Empire for decades before settling on the California coast, but despite his seniority in San Francisco's Camarilla rumors started to stir about the Viceroy losing his edge. In the summer of 1995 he disappeared from the city, led to the old world by the mysterious Beckoning. Ace Andrews took his place as the new Prince of San Francisco.
